Not really sure how to feel about it.

Oh my goodness I've been so caught up with internship that I forgot this space existed for a moment.

Been on my feet for 6 x (18-9) = 54 hours and regarding my attire, my life feels so colourless that it's not even funny. But, I gotta thank my daily routine of taking one and a half hours to get to school because pulling through the distance to my workplace (it varies from week to week but for the past week, it's been at Yishun) feels like peanuts to me. Sales promoting is tiresome as hell but I have really supportive colleagues and even non-colleagues around me. Like auntie LL who shares her endless life stories of job-hopping and how she wants to introduce me to her son who's studying in London. "不是很帅可是还好 la!" Such a dear, she is. I love aunties.

That aside, I've finally met up with the terribly missed ones.

"What you taking?"
"A picture of the sunset la."
"For what? Take from google la."

On Tuesday, I was convinced to go down to Bedok after work for a quick dinner with the 2E homies and Weeheng was being an ass all the while, although I really must thank him for teaching me the Yishun-to-Pasir-Ris-in-25-minutes route. Yup you got me right; In 25 minutes. We had really refreshing Thai-local zhi char at one of the shops by the blocks. Think sambal kang kong, cream sauce prawns, hotplate tofu and pandan chicken. Would die to go back for more.

Then Thursday was the long-awaited date with Shannon (and Lum shamelessly tagged along HAHAH just jk). Dropped by Buddy Hoagies for some rosti and sausages. Idk why I didn't discover such goodness when I last visited BH with Joelle a year ago. Midway through our meal, I casually remarked that I'm probably the last person in Singapore to watch ABTM2 and guess what? We watched it. Swear I laughed my imaginary balls off. Lobang is damn steady lah. Skipped the ending to rush for the last bus even though we eventually still missed it.

Now, I just got back from lunch with Fel at Brewerkz and I'm feeling sho shleepy 'cause we had margarita to go along with our southern fried chicken and calamari rings. MAD LOVE THE FOOD. She's flying off to Abu Dhabi tonight, boo :( So I bought her champagne flowers that were slightly withered and some cupcakes as an advanced birthday gift! Can't wait to hang out with her and Joelle soonish after she's back to have our gourmet session.

Work again tomorrow, sigh pie. G'night!
