What are the chances of someone feeling in despair within each hour of the day?

In an hour, a girl could have mustered enough courage to take her life.
In an hour, a father could have walked out on a family.
In an hour, a couple could turn into two absolute strangers.
Take all of these and multiply by 24. No, wait-
Scrape "in an hour" out, all these could even happen in a split second.
Life can do terrible things, but the Earth carries on spinning anyway.
