Saveur

Took a little trip down to Purvis Street for our long-awaited visit to Saveur. Reached there half an hour after the opening hour and we were placed eighteenth on the list of the queue already. Hanged around for half an hour before seats were available. And le magical gourmet journey took off from there. LOL.

Confit of Salmon with Apple and Fennel Salad.

Angel Hair Pasta with Sherry minced Pork and Sakura Ebi.

Beef Bourguignon with Root Vegetables and Mixed Greens.

Comes with potato salad.

Confit of Duck with Orange Segments and Saute Shittake.

Textures of Citrus.

Regretted having dessert at Saveur because it was too sour for our liking, so we moved on to ease our dissatisfaction elsewhere -- Tom's Palette.


Apple Pie and Chocolate Sorbet Ice Cream.



Food food food! I can never get sick of food.
