Started taking orders today. I hate memorizing, gahhhh, but I love learning new things.

Gyu: Half-cooked
Yaki: Fried
Tori: Chicken
Hamachi: Yellow-tail
Maguro: Blue fin
Ikura: Fish roe
Amaebi: Sweet shrimp
Unagi: Eel
Uni: Sea urchin
Tako: Octopus
Ika: Squid
Hottate: Scallop
Natto: Fermented beans
Kani: Crab meat
Negittoro: Minced tuna
Tonkatsu: Pork cutlet

Not bad, right? :)

Waiweng's resigning at this end of the month. He's one of the most fun captain of all four. Gonna miss him fer sure. I'm so thankful for JJ. Without him, I'd die of loneliness and misery.
